Group Equipment Classes:
Participation is limited to five students per class, making for a very personalized group workout. Pilates Reformers,Tower units and Chairs are used to strengthen, align, stretch and tone your entire body. These classes are invigorating and fun. Classes will be modified and varied to suit each student’s needs. Classes are one 55 min. in length.
Mat Classes are the floor work version of the Pilates method. These classes take place in a group setting using your body weight as the primary source of resistance. Focus is placed on precise movements originating from the center or core of your body. Modifications and variations to suit each students individual needs are given through out the class. Classes are 55 min.
Fuzed combines elements of barre, dance and Pilates. Exercises are challenging low impact moves, designed to tone the legs and butt and arms as well as strengthen the core. Classes are 55 min.
