Grip socks are required in all classes! The grip socks help with your safety and stability on the machine, as well as cleanliness. Shashi and Pointe Studio brand grip socks are sold at our studio and may be purchased with a credit or cash.
Classes must be scheduled online and in advance through the MINDBODY online scheduler. You are responsible for your own schedule and cancelations. Our classes fill up quickly, so please only schedule yourself for classes that you plan to attend.
Classes Early Cancel
We adhere to a strict 8 hour cancellation policy for class cancellations must occur at least 8 hours prior to class in order to be considered on time. Classes must be canceled online.
Classes Late Cancel
Cancellations occurring less than 8 hours prior to class are considered late. No show policies will apply.
Our classes fill up very quickly, and often there is a wait list of clients hoping to get a spot. Please be respectful of our staff and our other clients. Cancel if you can't attend. Failure to attend a scheduled class results in a loss of class credit for all members. No exceptions.
You must show up for class at the scheduled start time in order to ensure your spot in the class. After 5 minutes, your spot may be given away. This helps to minimize distractions for the instructor and for other clients.
You have the option to add yourself to the wait list if a class is full. You must have an active class package, or membership available on your account in order to join a wait list. If someone cancels their reservation, the first person on the wait list will be automatically added to the class prior to 8 hours before the class starts. Waitlists are only valid during the early cancellation period.
PRIVATES & DUETS
All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in full charge for the lesson. Make-up sessions may be granted ONLY at the sole discretion of Studio83 Pilates.
No Show Policy
Missing a lesson without notice will result in full charge for the lesson scheduled.
Suspending Monthly Memberships
If you would like to suspend your monthly membership, call 262-719-3438 at least 2 weeks prior to your desired suspension start date.
Canceling Monthly Memberships
If you would like to cancel your membership, please fill out the form below. Please note: we do require 30 days notice prior to your next billing date. We never want to see you go! Please contact us email@example.com if you feel like we can improve!
Autopay Monthly Membership
Our autopay monthly unlimited option is our most economical package for regular Pilates practitioners. If you select the autopay monthly unlimited option, your membership can be turned off at any point with two weeks notice. You will be charged until the remainder of the month. We are unable to suspend autopay unlimited memberships. Please note that the monthly unlimited membership limits you to one class per day.
90 day minimum enrollment.
Month to month after initial enrollment requirement of 3 MONTHS.
Upgrade or downgrade membership to fit your schedule.
Memberships cannot be shared, transferred, refunded or extended.
Unused classes do not roll over into the next month.
Freeze membership for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 90 days
All sales are final, and refunds will not be provided for classes or merchandise. We allow transfers to a family member or friend.
Class & Schedule Changes
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any class with two or fewer attendees. If a class is canceled, we will contact you via email with reasonable advance notice. Instructors are subject to change without notice in the event that the regularly scheduled instructor is unavailable.
In case of teacher/trainer emergency, another Studio83 Pilates instructor will automatically be substituted for the session and reasonable effort will be made to notify our clients.
In the event of severe weather, class cancelations or studio closures may occur. The most updated information regarding any schedule changes will be posted on our website, social media pages, and you will receive an auto generated email through our online scheduler.
Studio83 will not be responsible or liable for any personal property lost, stolen or damaged at the studio.
