SILVER MEMBERSHIP $189/MONTH

Enjoy up to eight group equipment classes per month, plus eight mat/barre classes per month. Monthly auto-pay with a debit or credit card.

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP DETAILS:

  • No enrollment or cancellation fees.

  • 90 day minimum enrollment.

  • Month to month after initial enrollment requirement of 3 MONTHS.

  • Must give 30 day notice before contract renewal for change or cancellation.

  • Upgrade or downgrade membership to fit your schedule.

GOLD ULTIMATE RESULT MEMBERSHIP $269/MONTH

Enjoy up to 12 group equipment classes per month with unlimited mat/barre classes. Monthly auto-pay with a debit or credit card.

  • Memberships cannot be shared, transferred, refunded or extended.

  • Unused classes do not roll over into the next month.

  • Freeze membership for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 90 days

Definitions of Classes

Group Equipment Classes:  Participation is limited to five students per class, making for a very personalized group workout. Pilates Reformers,Tower units and Chairs are used to strengthen, align, stretch and tone your entire body. These classes are invigorating and fun. Classes will be modified and varied to suit each student’s needs. Classes are one 55 min. in length.

Mat Pilates:  Mat Classes are the floor work version of the Pilates method. These classes take place in a group setting using your body weight as the primary source of resistance. Focus is placed on precise movements originating from the center or core of your body. Modifications and variations to suit each students individual needs are given through out the class. Classes are 55 min.

Barre Class:  Fuzed combines elements of barre, dance and Pilates. Exercises are challenging low impact moves, designed to tone the legs and butt and arms as well as strengthen the core.  Classes are 55 min.
